50 g tummaa suklaata (70%)
20 g voita
50 g saksanpähkinöitä
500 g vaniljajäätelöä
4 shottia espressoa
kaakaojauhoa koristeluun
Kahvijälkkäri! Italiaksi affogato tarkoittaa hukkunutta, eli vaniljajäätelö hukutetaan vahvaan kahviin.
1. Sulata suklaa ja voi kattilassa. Lisää kokonaiset tai kevyesti rouhitut saksanpähkinät kattilaan ja sekoita kevyesti. Älä kuumenna pähkinöitä, vaan kaada suklaalla värjäytyneet saksanpähkinät leivinpaperille kovettumaan.
2. Rouhi kovettuneet saksanpähkinät kevyesti ja mittaa neljään lasiin noin kourallinen.
3. Pyöräytä jäätelökauhalla jäätelöstä palloja, jokaiseen kuppiin yksi tai kaksi, riippuen halutusta annoskoosta.
4. Valmista espressot ja kaada ne shottilaseihin. Tarjoile espressot joko erikseen tai kaada ne jäätelön päälle juuri ennen tarjoilua. Koristele annokset kaakaojauholla ja tarjoile heti.
