400 g tofua
1 kpl punainen paprika
2 rkl öljyä
1 pussi Santa Maria Asian Spices Pineapple Thai
1 tölkki kookosmaitoa
1 dl vettä
puolikas ananas
puntti pinaattia
puolikas ruukku korianteria
1. Pilko tofu noin 2 cm kokoisiksi kuutioiksi ja ruskista ne kuumalla pannulla öljyssä, kunnes ne ovat kultaisia.
2. Pilko paprika ja lisää se pannulle tofun joukkoon. Paista vielä noin 2–3 minuuttia, kunnes paprika on hieman pehmennyt.
3. Sekoita mausteseos (esim. currytahna tai soijakastike) kookosmaidon kanssa ja kaada seos pannulle tofujen ja paprikoiden päälle. Anna kiehua miedolla lämmöllä noin 5 minuuttia.
4. Kuori ja pilko ananas ja lisää se pannulle tuoreen pinaatin kanssa. Kuumenna vielä muutama minuutti, kunnes pinaatti on hiukan vetäytynyt.
5. Koristele valmis ruoka tuoreilla korianterinlehvillä.
