1 sipuli ja valkosipulinkynsi
1 porkkana
1 tomaatti
1 tl pizzamaustetta
2 dl punaviiniä
1 tl tomaattipyreetä
1 rkl ketsuppia
100 g lihapullia
1 dl juustoraastetta
1 kourallinen spagettia
tuoretta basilikaa
1. Kuori ja hienonna sipulit, suikaloi porkkana ja tomaatti.
2. Siirrä sipulit ja porkkanat tehosekoittimeen ja jauha ne karkeaksi rouheeksi. Kun juurekset ovat sopivan kokoisia palasia, lisää sekoittimeen tomaatti ja jauha tasaiseksi massaksi. Kaada seos kuumalle pannulle, mausta pizzamausteella ja paahda muutaman minuutin ajan.
3. Lisää kasviksiin punaviini, kun suurin osa tomaatin nesteestä on haihtunut. Sekoita joukkoon tomaattipyree, ketsuppi ja lihapullat. Anna kastikkeen hautua keskilämmöllä kannen alla vähintään 15 minuuttia.
4. Lisää kastikkeeseen juustoraaste ja maista, tarvittaessa lisää mausteita. Mitä pidempään kastike hautuu, sen syvemmän maun se saa.
5. Keitä spagetit pakkauksen ohjeiden mukaisesti kiehuvassa suolavedessä. Siivilöi pasta ja sekoita se varovasti bolognesekastikkeen joukkoon. Anna pastan imeä kastikkeen makuja muutama minuutti.
Ripottele päälle hieman lisää juustoraastetta ja tarjoile helppo jokapäiväinen bolognese isompaankin nälkään tuoreella basilikalla koristeltuna.
