4 cheddarviipaletta
punasipuli
korianteria
1 ruukku jääsalaattia
2 dl kimchiä
CHILIMAJONEESI
1 dl majoneesia
1 rkl korealaista chilitahnaa (Sempio Gochujang)
0,5 tl savuaromia
Tällä kertaa annetaan burgereille korealainen twisti kimchillä ja chilimajoneesilla!
1. Esilämmitä uuni 175°C asteeseen. Sekoita keskenään majoneesi, kermaviili ja chilitahna. Lisää joukkoon savuaromi ja mausta seos. Maista ja tasapainota makusi mukaan. Laita kastike jääkaappiin maustumaan.
2. Suikaloi punasipuli ohuiksi siivuiksi ja hienonna korianteri. Pese ja kuivaa salaatinlehdet. Valuta kimchi vedestä.
3. Paista pannulla naudan burgerpihvit pienessä määrässä voita. Aseta cheddarviipaleet sulamaan jokaisen pihvin päälle ja siirrä folion alle odottamaan.
4. Lämmitä sämpylöitä uunissa noin minuutti, kunnes ne ovat saaneet kauniin värin. Levitä kastike sämpylöiden pohjalle ja aseta päälle pihvi, muut täytteet ja valutettu kimchi. Peitä sämpylän kannella ja kiedo halutessasi tarjoilupaperiin tai asettele lautaselle.
Tarjoile burgeri esimerkiksi bataattiranskalaisten tai coleslaw’n kanssa.
