1 pieni kukkakaali
1 keltainen paprika
1 sipuli
2 valkosipulin kynttä
2-3 rkl öljyä
1 rkl sitruunaruohotahnaa
1 rkl keltaista currytahnaa
2 dl kuumaa vettä
1 rkl suolaa
tuoretta korianteria
1. Pese kukkakaali ja paloittele se kukinnoittain joko käsin tai veitsellä. Kiehauta kukinnot 2–3 minuuttia kiehuvassa vedessä ja siivilöi ne kulhoon odottamaan.
2. Kuori sipulit ja poista paprikasta siemenet. Hienonna sipulit ja paprika pieniksi kuutioiksi. Kuullota ne öljyssä isossa paistinpannussa tai wokissa, ja lisää curry- ja sitruunaruohotahnat.
3. Lisää kukkakaalit ja 2 dl kuumaa vettä. Sekoita hyvin ja vähennä lämpö matalalle.
4. Kypsennä hiljalleen, kunnes kukkakaali on kypsää, ja ota sitten pois lämmöltä. Mausta suolalla ja sekoita hyvin.
Koristele tuoreella korianterilla ja tarjoile riisinuudelien, pastan tai riisin kanssa.
