1 pussi juustoraastetta
paprikamajoneesia
Lehtikaali-jalapenotäyte
2 dl kypsiä kikherneitä
säilöttyjä jalapenoja maun mukaan
½ tl juustokuminaa
voita paistamiseen
½ purjosipuli
2 valkosipulinkynttä
1 pussi lehtikaalia
1 dl koskenlaskija -sulatejuustoa
suolaa ja mustapippuria
2 dl bulguria + öljyä
1. Esilämmitä uuni 200 asteeseen.
2. Valmistele lehtikaali-jalapenotäyte: Huuhtele kikherneet ja kaada ne kylmälle pannulle. Lisää joukkoon hienonnetut jalapenot, juustokumina sekä nokare voita. Kuumenna seosta hiljalleen, sekoittaen aika ajoin. Kun kikherneet ovat saaneet hieman väriä, lisää hienonnetut purjosipulit ja valkosipulit.
3. Lisää joukkoon lehtikaalit ja kuullota muutaman minuutin ajan. Anna seoksen hautua kannen alla miedolla lämmöllä noin 15 minuuttia, jotta kasvikset pehmenevät kunnolla. Lisää lopuksi sulatejuusto ja kuumenna seos.
4. Huuhtele bulgurinjyvät huolellisesti juoksevan veden alla ja kypsennä ne pakkauksen ohjeiden mukaisesti. Lisää joukkoon pieni määrä öljyä, jotta jyvät eivät tartu toisiinsa kiinni.
5. Pehmennä tortillat kuumassa uunissa noin minuutin ajan. Täytä tortillat lehtikaali-jalapenotäytteellä, kypsennetyllä bulgurilla, juustoraasteella ja paprikamajoneesilla. Kääri burritot vapaasti rullalle ja tarjoile ne sellaisenaan tai esimerkiksi pähkinäisen smoothiesalaatin kanssa.
