Valmista täydellinen sienimuhennos polentan kanssa! Tässä yksinkertaisessa reseptissä käytetään valkosipulia, timjamia ja kermaa. Nauti herkullisesta ateriasta vain 30 minuutissa + haudutusaika.
POLENTA
150 g polentaa
6 dl kanalientä
2 valkosipulinkynttä
(timjamin oksia tai 1tl kuivattua timjamia)
50 g voita
50 ml oliiviöljyä
750 g raastettua parmesaanijuustoa
(1 rlk tryffeliöljyä)
SIENIMUHENNOS
300 g tuoreita tai pakastesieniä
30 g kuivattuja sieniä (suppilovahvero, herkkutatti tms.)
1 dl kermaa
2 valkosipulinkynttä
1 silputtu salottisipuli
50 ml oliiviöljyä (paistamiseen)
20 g voita (paistamiseen)
kevätsipulia tai silputtua persiljaa
1. Kuullota valkosipulinkynsiä ja timjamia oliiviöljyssä. Lisää polenta ja kuullota 1–2 minuuttia keskilämmöllä. Kaada joukkoon kanaliemi ja anna hautua hiljalleen noin 4 tuntia.
2. Valmista sienimuhennos: Kuullota sienet pannulla voin ja öljyn sekoituksella. Lisää kokonaiset valkosipulinkynnet sekä hienonnettu salottisipuli. Kuullota, kunnes sipulit ovat pehmenneet. Halutessasi voit lisätä valkoviinin ja antaa sen kiehua kasaan. Lisää kerma ja mausta suolalla ja pippurilla oman maun mukaan.
3. Viimeistele polenta – vatkaa polenta tasaiseksi lastalla tai vispilällä. Jos polenta on liian tiivis, voit lisätä hieman lientä tai vettä, jotta saat halutun rakenteen.
4. Lisää polentaan voi, raastettu parmesaani ja tryffeliöljy. Mausta suolalla ja pippurilla. Silppua kevätsipuli tai persilja ja sekoita ne sienimuhennokseen. Tarjoile polenta ja sienimuhennos yhdessä.
