LIHAPULLAT
1 punasipuli
3 valkosipulinkynttä
2 tl chilijauhetta
1 tl juustokuminaa
suolaa
mustapippuria
korianterinippu hienonnettuna
2 kananmuna
400 g sika-nauta jauhelihaa
TOMAATTIKASTIKE
1 punasipuli
2 valkosipulinkynttä
1 tuore keskivahva chili
½ tl juustokuminaa
2 rkl öljyä
2 dl paseerattua tomaattikastiketta
ripaus sokeria
ripaus suolaa
nippu tuoretta korianteria hienonnettuna
AVOKADOTAHNA
1 kypsä avokado
loraus sitruunamehua
suolaa
Lisäksi:
50 g fetatyylistä juustoa
4 pitkulaista pehmeää ja kuohkeaa sämpylää
Meksikolaiset lihapullat tarjoillaan sämpylän välissä.
1. Kuullota hienonnettua punasipulia, valkosipulia, chilijauhetta ja juustokuminaa pannulla öljyssä miedolla lämmöllä, kunnes sipuli on pehmentynyt. Anna jäähtyä hetki.
2. Sekoita kulhossa jauheliha ja muut ainekset yhteen ja anna taikinan maustua. Muotoile t
aikinasta lihapullia ja paista ne öljyssä pannulla kypsiksi.
Surauta tomaattikastikkeen ainekset sauvasekoittimella tasaiseksi ja käytä sitä täytteenä sämpylöiden väliin.
3. Hienonna avokado ja sekoita sitä sitruunamehun ja suolan kanssa tahnamaisesti. Käytä tätä myös täytteenä.
4. Kokoa leivät levittämällä sisälle tomaattikastiketta, avokadotahnaa ja asettele lihapullat päälle
. Ripottele päälle raastettua juustoa. Voit halutessasi käyttää myös hot dog -sämpylöitä.
