4 valkosipulinkynttä
240 g chorizomakkaraa
150 g kirsikkatomaatteja
1 rkl tomaattipyreetä
5 rkl oliiviöljyä
3 rkl sherryviinietikkaa
8 dl vettä
4,5 dl orzoa
suolaa ja mustapippuria
persiljaa koristeluun
Tunnetko orzo-pastan? Orzo, pieni riisinjyvän muotoinen pasta, on täydellinen lisäke keittoihin ja muihin ruokiin.
1. Kuori ja hienonna valkosipulit.
2. Viipaloi chorizo ohuiksi siivuiksi ja puolita kirsikkatomaatit.
3. Paista valkosipulia, chorizoa ja kirsikkatomaatteja ensin kuivalla pannulla, jotta chorizon rasvat irtoavat. Lisää sitten tomaattipyree, oliiviöljy ja etikka. Alenna lämpöä ja lisää joukkoon vesi sekä orzot.
4. Anna keiton hautua kannen alla noin 20–25 minuuttia, kunnes pasta on kypsää. Mausta suolalla ja mustapippurilla. Maista ja tarkista maku. Koristele lopuksi tuoreella, silputulla persiljalla.
