200 g munanuudelia
½ varhaiskaalta
2 porkkanaa
3 dl tuoreita herneitä
1 rasia herneenversoja
1 puntti thaibasilikaa
1. Valmistele lihaliemi: Hienonna chili, inkivääri ja kevätsipulin vaaleat osat karkeiksi suikaleiksi. Säilytä sipulien vihreät osat myöhempää käyttöä varten. Kuumenna öljy kattilassa ja ruskista kasvikset kattilan pohjalla. Lisää lihaliemi ja hauduta keskilämmöllä kannen alla noin 15 minuuttia. 2. Kuumenna toisessa kattilassa runsaasti suolaista vettä. Valmista siivilä, joka sopii kattilan päälle. Viipaloi pihvit ohuiksi poikkisuikaleiksi ja keitä ne kiehuvaan suolaveteen noin minuutin ajan. Siivilöi lihat ja aseta ne annoskulhoihin. Keitä munanuudelit pakkauksen ohjeiden mukaan, siivilöi ne ja jaa kulhoihin. 3. Suikaloi varhaiskaali, porkkanat ja kevätsipulin vihreät osat mahdollisimman ohuiksi suikaleiksi. Hienonna herneenversot ja thaibasilika karkeasti. Jaa runsaasti vihanneksia, herneenversoa ja basilikaa jokaisen annoksen päälle lihojen ja munanuudelien kanssa. 4. Viimeistele lihaliemi juuri ennen tarjoilua lisäämällä tuorejuustoa ja maustamalla se limellä ja suolalla. Kaada kiehuvan liemen kulhoihin oman maun mukaan.
