250 g Görans kebablastuja
voita paistamiseen
kokonainen valkosipulinkynsi
1 punainen paprika
4 pita-leipää
salaatinlehtiä
tomaattia
Pikkelöity punasipuli
1 punasipuli
½ dl etikkaa
1 dl sokeria
1 ½ dl vettä
Kurkkukastike
½ kurkku
1 valkosipulinkynsi
½ sitruunan mehu
2 dl turkkilaista jogurttia
suola ja mustapippuri
1. Kuori punasipuli ja leikkaa se ohuiksi suikaleiksi. Mittaa pieneen kattilaan etikka, sokeri ja vesi. Kuumenna seos nopeasti ja nosta kattila pois liedeltä. Lisää sipulit kattilaan ja anna niiden marinoitua ilman kantta noin 10 minuuttia.
2. Raasta kurkku pieneen sekoituskulhoon. Kuori ja hienonna valkosipuli ja lisää se kurkun joukkoon. Mittaa loput kastikkeen ainekset kulhoon ja sekoita kaikki huolellisesti.
3. Paista kebablastut pannulla voissa hetken valkosipulikynnen kanssa, jotta ne saavat lisää makua. Kun kebab on saanut kauniin värin ja on täysin kypsä, poista valkosipuli pannulta ja mausta liha suolalla ja pippurilla.
4. Pese ja suikaloi paprika. Huuhtele salaatti ja viipaloi tomaatit. Lämmitä leivät uunissa tai pannulla.
5. Täytä leivät pikkelöidyillä sipuleilla, tuoreilla kasviksilla, paistetulla kebabilla ja kurkkukastikkeella.
