4 kpl porsaan ulkofileepihvit
2 dl pankojauhoja
2 dl vehnäjauhoja
2 kananmunaa
chili- ja paprikamauste
suola ja pippuri

200 g kaali-porkkana-purjo mix
1 rkl riisiviinietikka
1/2 dl Ponzu Lemon-soijakastike
1/2 dl seesamiöljyä
1 tl tabascoa
1 rkl hunajaa

Tonkatsu tarjoillaan riisin ja herkullisen kaalisalaatin kera! Leikkeestä saat erityisen rapean pankojauhoilla tehdyn kuorrutuksen.
1. Aloita tekemällä japanilaistyylinen kaalisalaatti. Voit käyttää valmiiksi suikaloitua kaali-porkkanasekoitusta tai suikaloida itse valkokaalin ja porkkanan. Laita suikaleet kulhoon ja lisää joukkoon ponzu, seesamiöljy, riisiviinietikka, hunaja ja tabasco. Peitä kulho kelmulla ja siirrä jääkaappiin maustumaan.
2. Nuiji possun fileet muovikelmun välissä ohuemmiksi leikkeiksi.
3. Valmista kolme lautasta: yksi vehnäjauhoille, toinen kananmunille ja kolmas pankojauhoille. Pankojauhojen joukkoon voit lisätä mausteita, kuten chiliä, paprikaa, suolaa ja pippuria.
4. Pyörittele possun leikkeet ensin vehnäjauhoissa, sitten kananmunassa ja lopuksi pankojauhoissa. Anna kuorrutuksen kuivahtaa ennen paistoa. Tässä välissä voit valmistella riisin.
5. Kaada reilu kerros öljyä paistinpannulle. Lisää leikkeet kuumaan öljyyn. Madalla lämpöä hieman ja paista leikkeet kullanruskeiksi molemmin puolin. Nosta paiston jälkeen talouspaperin päälle ja taputtele ylimääräinen rasva pois.
6. Tarjoile tonkatsu riisin, kaalisalaatin ja chili-seesamimajoneesin kanssa! Koristele annos seesaminsiemenillä.
