TOMAATTIKASTIKE
1 rasia kirsikkatomaatteja
1 keltasipuli hienonnettuna
2 rkl tomaattipyreetä
150 g herkkusieniä, ohuina viipaleina
1 dl kuivaa valkoviiniä
suolaa ja pippuria
4 viipaletta mozzarellaa
MAJONEESI
2 keltuaista
1 tl haaleaa vettä
2 dl rypsiöljyä
1 rkl sitruunamehua
suolaa ja valkopippuria
Tämä herkullinen resepti on täydellinen illalliseen! Rapea leike, joka on päällystetty tuoreista tomaateista tehdylle kastikkeelle ja sulavalla mozzarellalla... herkullista!
1. Esilämmitä uuni 250 asteeseen.
2. Paista hienonnettua sipulia ja ohuiksi viipaloituja sieniä voissa. Lisää puolikkaiksi leikatut tomaatit, tomaattipyree ja viini. Keitä seosta hiljalleen, kunnes se paksunee. Mausta suolalla ja pippurilla.
3. Paista leikkeet öljy-voi -seoksessa ja siirrä ne uunivuokaan.
4. Levitä jokaiseen leikkeeseen tomaattikastiketta ja päälle mozzarellaviipale. Gratinoi uunissa, kunnes juusto on sulanut ja saa kauniin värin.
5. Riko kananmunien keltuaiset pyöreään kulhoon. Lisää 1 rkl öljyä tipotellen, vatkaten voimakkaasti. Lisää joukkoon 1 tl haaleaa vettä ja loput öljystä vähitellen, vatkaten ohuena nauhana. Lisää lopuksi sitruunamehu ja mausteet. Maista ja tarkista maku.
