1 dl kuutioituja artisokansydämiä
1 keltasipuli
1 valkosipulinkynsi
voita paistamiseen
100 g tuorejuustoa
1 dl perunamuusijauhetta
1 rkl sweet chili -mausteseosta
kourallinen parmesaaniraastetta
½ pussia nachoja
tuoreita kasviksia, kuten kurkkua tai porkkanaa
tuoretta ruohosipulia koristeluun
1. Lämmitä uuni 200 asteeseen.
2. Hienonna artisokat, sipuli ja valkosipulit. Kuullota kasvikset kuumalla pannulla voissa, kunnes sipulit pehmenevät.
3. Lisää joukkoon tuorejuusto. Kun juusto on täysin sulanut, nosta pannu liedeltä ja mausta perunamuusijauheella, sweet chilillä sekä osalla parmesaaniraasteesta. Kaada dippi pieneen uunivuokaan ja kuorruta lopulla parmesaanista.
4. Aseta uunivuoka leivinpaperilla vuoratulle uunipellille ja paista uunin keskitasolla noin 10 minuuttia, kunnes juusto on kauniin kullanruskeaa.
5. Lisää uunipellille paiston loppuvaiheessa nachot lämpenemään, jotta ne sopivat täydellisesti dippaamiseen.
