1. Aloita suikaloimalla sipuli ja viipaloimalla chili suoraan salaattiastiaan. Hienonna valkosipuli ja cashewpähkinät, ja lisää ne astiaan yhdessä limemehun, seesamiöljyn, soijakastikkeen, ruokosokerin ja valkoviinietikan kanssa.
2. Keitä riisinuudelit paketin ohjeiden mukaisesti kiehuvassa vedessä. Valmistuessaan kaada nuudelit siivilään ja huuhtele ne kylmällä vedellä. Lisää nuudelit salaattiastiaan ja sekoita hyvin. Maista salaatti ja lisää suolaa tarvittaessa. Leikkaa joukkoon runsaasti tuoretta korianteria.
3. Jos haluat lisätä salaattiin grillattuja suippopaprikoita, grillaat ne avoimella liekillä kokonaisina, kunnes ne saavat kauniin mustan pinnan. Grillaamisen jälkeen poista siemenet ja mausta paprikat suolalla. Vaihtoehtoisesti voit paistaa paprikat uunissa grillivastuksella: aseta pelti uunin yläosaan ja paista, kunnes paprikat ovat kypsiä. Varo kuitenkin, etteivät ne pala.
