400 g turskafileetä
ripaus hienoa merisuolaa
400 g perunoita
1 keltasipuli
1 suippopaprika
½ punainen chili
½ dl öljyä
25 g tomaattipyreetä
1 purkki tomaattimurskaa
2 dl vettä
½ purkki oliiveja
1. Viipaloi turskafileet noin kolmen sentin kokoisiksi paloiksi. Suolaa kalan palat hienolla merisuolalla. 2. Kuutioi perunat samankokoisiksi paloiksi kuin kala. Hienonna sipulit, chili ja paprika pieniksi kuutioiksi. 3. Kuumenna öljy isossa kattilassa. Lisää kattilaan tomaattipyree ja paahda kevyesti sekoitellen hetken ajan. 4. Lisää hienonnetut perunat, sipulit, chili ja paprika kattilaan. Kuullota kasviksia hetki ja mittaa joukkoon tomaattimurska ja vesi. 5. Hauduta pataa kannen alla matalalla lämmöllä noin 25 minuuttia, kunnes kasvikset ovat melkein täysin pehmenneet. 6. Lisää kattilaan turskapalat ja anna hautua vielä noin 5 minuuttia. 7. Viimeistele ruoka oliiveilla, kuumenna ja tarjoile tuoreen leivän sekä laadukkaan oliiviöljyn kanssa.
