140 g pekonin kuutioita

2 rkl oliiviöljyä
1 rkl kokojyväsinappia
1 rkl omenaviinietikkaa
1 rkl hunajaa
Liege-salaatti on yksi klassisimmista belgialaisista annoksista, ja se on nimetty Liege-kaupungin mukaan. Tämä lämmin salaatti perustuu muutamaan yksinkertaiseen ainesosaan: vihreisiin papuihin, perunoihin ja pekoniin.
1. Keitä perunat ja kananmunat erikseen, kunnes ne ovat kypsiä. Höyrytä vihreät pavut, kunnes ne ovat pehmeitä mutta vielä rapeita.
2. Paista pekoni pannulla ilman lisäöljyä, kunnes se on rapea ja täysin kypsä. Anna pekonin jäähtyä hieman ennen pilkkomista.
3. Asettele keitetyt perunat, kananmunat, höyrytetyt pavut ja pilkotut pekonipalat lautaselle. Valmista vinaigrette sekoittamalla kaikki sen ainekset yhteen. Kaada vinaigrette salaatin päälle ja tarjoile heti.
