Kokeile herkullisia fenkolipolpetteja! Tässä yksinkertaisessa reseptissä yhdistyvät fenkoli, pinjansiemenet ja broilerijauheliha. Valmista itsellesi täydellinen ateria turkkilaisen jogurtin kera. Valmistusaika vain 60 minuuttia!
1/2 (noin 200 g) tuore fenkoli
oliiviöljyä
suolaa
50 g pinjansiemeniä
3 hienonnettua valkosipulia
400 g broilerin jauhelihaa
50 g parmesaaniraastetta
100 g korppujauhoja
2 keltuaista
Esilämmitä uuni 180 °C asteeseen ja vuoraa uunipelti leivinpaperilla.
1. Leikkaa fenkolin kova kanta irti terävällä veitsellä ja jaa puolikas neljään osaan. Hiero fenkolipaloihin oliiviöljyä ja mausta ne suolalla. Paahda fenkolia uunin ylätasolla noin 15 minuuttia, kunnes palojen pinta on kevyesti tummunut ja ne ovat pehmeitä.
2. Ripottele pinjansiemenet pellille ja paahda niitä vielä noin 5 minuuttia. Siirrä pelti jäähtymään. Nosta uunin lämpötila 200 °C asteeseen.
3. Kuori ja pilko valkosipulit. Pienennä fenkolipaloja tarvittaessa. Lisää tehosekoittimeen valkosipulit, huoneenlämpöiset pinjansiemenet ja fenkoli. Sekoita massaa karkeaksi. Lisää tarvittaessa 1 tl oliiviöljyä, jos kone tuntuu jumittavan. Massan ei tarvitse olla täysin sileää, sillä pinjansiemenistä jäävät rapeat palat antavat polpeteille purutuntuman.
4. Kaavi massa isoon kulhoon ja lisää joukkoon broilerijauheliha, parmesaani, korppujauhot ja keltuaiset. Sekoita ainekset käsin tasaiseksi. Muotoile massasta öljytyillä lusikoilla ruokalusikan kokoisia palloja ja pyörittele ne tasaisiksi. Anna pallojen vetäytyä jääkaapissa noin 10 minuuttia ja voitele ne oliiviöljyllä.
5. Paista polpetteja uunin keskitasolla noin 20 minuuttia, kunnes ne ovat kullanruskeita. Tarkista jauhelihan kypsyys halkaisemalla yksi polpetti ja jatka kypsennystä tarvittaessa, kunnes liha on täysin kypsää.
Tarjoile fenkoliset polpettet oliiviöljyllä ja suolalla maustetun turkkilaisen jogurtin kanssa.
