Tee herkullinen kesäkurpitsapizza kotona! Helppo resepti ja ohjeet täytteestä uunituoreeseen pizzaan. Valmista 4 pizzaa vain tunnissa.
Pohja:
50 g hiivaa
3 dl vettä
4 rkl meijerivoita
2 tl suolaa
2 tl juoksevaa hunajaa
6 dl spelttisihtijauhoja
Täyte:
600 g zucchinia eli kesäkurpitsaa
1 punainen paprika
1 tl suolaa
3 dl tomaattikastiketta
400 g tuorejuustoa
3 tl extra virgin oliiviöljyä
300 g mozzarellaraastetta
300 g pizzajuustoraastetta
tilliä koristeluun
Zucchinista eli kesäkurpitsasta saat herkullisen täytteen pizzan päälle!
1. Kuumenna uuni 250°C:een.
2. Liuota hiiva kädenlämpöiseen veteen. Lisää muut taikinan ainekset ja sekoita tasaiseksi. Työstä taikina pehmeäksi ja anna sen kohota noin 30 minuuttia.
3. Leikkaa kesäkurpitsa ohuiksi viipaleiksi ja aseta ne siivilään. Ripottele päälle suolaa ja anna nesteen valua pois noin 10 minuutin ajan.
4. Kauli taikinasta neljä ohutta pizzapohjaa. Levitä tomaattikastike tasaisesti pohjien päälle. Aseta valutetut kesäkurpitsaviipaleet kastikkeen päälle ja lisää paprikaviipaleet.
5. Sekoita tuorejuusto ja öljy keskenään tasaiseksi seokseksi. Lisää seos nokareina pizzojen pinnalle. Ripottele lopuksi juustoraasteet tasaisesti pizzojen päälle.
6. Paista pizzoja uunissa noin 10 minuuttia, kunnes pohja on rapea ja juusto sulaa.
Lisää lopuksi päälle tuoretta tilliä ja tarjoile pizzat heti.
