1 dl kädenlämpöistä vettä
1 tl kuivahiivaa
1,5 dl vehnäjauhoja
1 rkl turkkilaista jogurttia
1 tl hunajaa
suolaa
Täytteet
½ purkkia ranskankermaa
½ broccoli tai parsakaali
50 g juustoraastetta
1. Esilämmitä uuni 200 asteeseen.
2. Valmista taikina: Sekoita kaikki taikinan ainekset yhteen ja vaivaa taikina käsin noin 5 minuuttia. Anna taikinan kohota liinan alla kaksinkertaiseksi noin tunnin ajan. Kaulitse kohonnut taikina jauhotetulla pöydällä ja asettele leivinpaperilla vuoratulle pellille.
3. Pilko broccolit veitsellä sopivan kokoisiksi paloiksi. Levitä taikinan päälle ranskankerma tasaisesti. Asettele broccolit ranskankerman päälle ja ripottele päälle juustoraastetta. Paista uunin keskitasolla noin 10 minuuttia, kunnes taikina on kypsää ja juusto on saanut kauniin kullanruskean värin.
