1 kananmuna
1 dl juustoraastetta
2 rkl teriyakikastiketta
1 rkl maapähkinävoita
kourallinen kevätsipulia
seesaminsiemeniä
Herkullista arkiruokaa vartissa! Annos saa proteiinia maapähkinävoista ja kananmunasta.
1. Kaada pienehkö määrä vettä paistinpannulle ja lisää nuudelit. Veden ei tarvitse peittää nuudeleita kokonaan. Keitä nuudelit ja valuta ylimääräinen vesi pois pannulta. Paista kananmunat haluttuun kypsyyteen. Löysä kananmuna saavutetaan noin 4 minuutissa.
2. Lisää nuudeleiden mukana tulevat mausteet, teriyakikastike sekä maapähkinävoi. Jos maapähkinävoi on liian tiukkaa, notkista sitä hieman vedellä.
3. Ota pannu pois liedeltä ja lisää juustoraaste. Anna juuston sulaa nuudeleiden päälle ja sekoita hyvin.
4. Viimeistele annos kananmunalla sekä hienonnettuna kevätsipulilla. Voit koristella annoksen seesaminsiemenillä ja lisätä haluamasi määrän majoneesia tai srirachaa.
