Opas herkullisen calzonen valmistukseen pizzapohjalla jääkaapista. Tomaatti-colakastike ja mozzarella tekevät täydellisen aterian. Valmistusaika vain 1 tunti!
1 valmis pizzapohja
1 kypsä tomaatti
125 g mozzarellapalloja
100 g juustoraastetta
tuoretta basilikaa hienonnettuna
Tomaatti-Colakastike
1 tl valkoviinietikkaa
2 tl fariinisokeria
1 dl ketsuppia
ripaus valkosipulijauhetta
ripaus chilikastiketta
1 dl coca-colaa
1. Esilämmitä uuni 200 asteeseen. Jos käytät jääkaapissa säilöttyä pizzapohjaa, ota se esille ja anna sen sulaa huoneenlämmössä.
2. Valmista tomaatti-colakastike: Kaada kaikki ainekset pieneen kattilaan ja kuumenna keskilämmöllä. Anna kastikkeen hautua vähintään 15 minuuttia tai kunnes se on paksuuntunut noin puoleen alkuperäisestä määrästä. Maista kastike ja lisää tarvittaessa coca-colaa tai ketsuppia makua tasapainottaaksesi.
3. Levitä pizzapohja uunipellille, joka on vuorattu leivinpaperilla tai pizzakivellä. Kaulitse pohjaa hieman ja levitä päälle suurin osa valmistamastasi tomaatti-colakastikkeesta.
4. Siivuta tomaatti ohuiksi viipaleiksi ja asettele ne kastikkeen päälle. Lisää mozzarellapallot tasaisesti pizzan pinnalle.
5. Ripottele juustoraaste pizzan päälle ja koristele lopuksi tuoreella basilikalla.
6. Taita pizza kahtia ja paina reunat kiinni muodostaen puolikuun muotoinen calzone. Voitele pinta lopulla tomaatti-colakastikkeella ja paista uunin keskitasolla noin 10-15 minuuttia. Tarkista veitsellä, että pizzataikina on kypsää. Tarjoile calzone lämpimänä suoraan uunista.
Calzone on herkullinen itsessään, mutta voit tarjota sen esimerkiksi tuoreen perunasalaatin tai lankkuperunoiden kera.
