Valmista herkullinen ramen keitto kotona nopeasti ja edullisesti! Tässä yksinkertaisessa reseptissä käytetään kanalientä, nuudeleita ja mausteita. Annosmäärä 4, valmistusaika 30 min.
300 g tuoretta porsaankylkeä
150 g ituja
200 g babypinaattia
2 rkl riisiviinietikkaa
4 rkl tummaa soijakastiketta
4 salaattisipulia
2 kananmunaa
1 pkt Ramen Noodles
2 rkl tuoretta inkivääriä
2 valkosipulinkynttä
1 l kanalientä (2 liemikuutiota, 1 l vettä)
2 kpl tähtianista
1 tuore punainen chili
2 tl raakasokeria
1. Keitä 2 kananmunaa kovaksi, halkaise ne puoliksi ja anna niiden jäähtyä. Valmista nuudelit pakkauksen ohjeen mukaisesti, kaada vesi pois ja huuhtele nuudelit kylmällä vedellä.
2. Kuori ja hienonna inkivääri sekä valkosipulinkynnet. Keitä kanalientä yhdessä inkiväärin, valkosipulin, tähtianiksen, piri pirin ja raakasokerin kanssa. Sillä aikaa viipaloi liha ohuiksi siivuiksi ja paista ne paistinpannulla keskilämmöllä, kunnes liha on rapeaa. Jaa lihasiivut kahteen osaan.
3. Jaa nuudelit, munanpuolikkaat, idut ja pinaatti neljään syvään kulhoon. Sekoita riisiviinietikka ja soija liemeen ja jaa seos jokaiseen kulhoon.
Viimeistele annokset paistetulla lihalla ja hienonnetulla salaattisipulilla. Selamat makan!
