400 g jauhelihaa
300 g tarhapapuja
MARINADI
1 rkl ruokokidesokeria
1 limen mehu
2 rkl soijakastiketta
½ dl paahdettua seesamiöljyä
1 dl paahdettuja seesaminsiemeniä
suolaa ja mustapippuria
1. Liota ruokokidesokeri limemehuun kevyesti sekoittaen. Lisää loput marinadin ainekset seokseen ja maista, tarkista maku. Jätä marinadi odottamaan.
2. Kuori sipuli ja pilko se pieniksi kuutioiksi. Kuullota sipulikuutiot pannulla ja lisää jauheliha. Ruskista jauheliha sipulin kanssa. Kaada pannulle noin 1 dl kuumaa vettä ja vähennä lämpöä.
3. Poista tarhapavuista kovat päädyt ja vedä pois kova lehtiruoti. Lisää pavut jauhelihaseokseen pannulle ja anna hautua kannen alla noin viisi minuuttia. Mausta ruoka valmistamallasi marinadilla.
