2 dl bulguria
2 dl vettä
½ rkl oliiviöljyä
½ tl suolaa
MUUT AINEET:
½ kurkku
2 tomaattia
1 punasipuli
½ dl lehtipersiljaa
½ dl minttua
2 rkl sitruunamehua
1 prk salaattijuustoa
mustapippuria
Tabbouleh on herkullinen libanonilainen salaatti, joka valmistetaan bulgurista, tuoreista yrteistä ja raikkaista kasviksista!
1. Kiehauta vesi kattilassa. Nosta kattila liedeltä ja lisää bulgur, oliiviöljy sekä suola. Anna hautua kannen alla noin 8 minuuttia, sitten jäähdytä.
2. Pese kurkku ja tomaatit huolellisesti. Poista niistä siemenet ja vetinen sisus, leikkaa sitten pieniksi kuutioiksi. Kuori sipuli ja hienonna se. Hienonna tuoreet yrtit, kuten persilja ja minttu.
3. Sekoita kasvikset ja hienonnatut yrtit bulgurin joukkoon. Mausta salaatti tuoreella sitruunamehulla ja mustapippurilla. Murenna lopuksi joukkoon salaattijuusto, kuten feta.
Tarjoile salaatti oliiviöljytilkan ja tuoreen persiljan koristeluun.
