Meksikolaiset taquitot ovat herkullinen pikkupurtava, joka sopii erinomaisesti viikonloppuihin! Nämä pienehköt tortillarullat täytetään juustolla ja jalapenolla, mutta voit halutessasi käyttää täytteenä myös lihaa tai kanaa.
1. Hienonna jalapeno. Täytä pienet tacoletut juustoraasteella ja hienonnellulla jalapenolla. Rullaa taquitot tiukasti, jotta reunat pysyvät kiinni. Varmista, että et täytä rullia liikaa, jotta täytteet pysyvät sisällä.
2. Aseta rullat uunipellille ja sivellä ne kevyesti rypsiöljyllä. Paista taquitot 220 asteessa noin 20 minuuttia, kunnes ne saavat kauniin kullanruskean värin. Jos haluat, voit myös paistaa taquitot pannulla öljyssä.
