400 g jauhelihaa1 rkl rypsiöljyä1 sipuli2-3 valkosipulinkynttä1 ps mietoa tacomausteseosta1 dl vettä LISÄKSI2 tomaattia1/2 kurkku1-2 avokadoa1 ps jäävuorisalaattia2 kevätsipulin vartta(tuoretta chiliä)1 prk salsaa2 dl kermaviiliä tai ranskankermaa2 dl cheddarjuustoraastetta8 tacokuorta
1. Kuumenna pannu ja lisää pieneen määrään öljyä. Ruskista jauheliha pannulla tasaisesti.
2. Kuori ja hienonna sipulit. Lisää ne pannulle ja paista muutama minuutti. Lisää mausteseos ja vesi, ja anna hautua noin viisi minuuttia, kunnes liika neste on haihtunut.
3. Huuhtele ja kuutioi tomaatit ja kurkku. Revi jäävuorisalaatti tarjoilukulhoon. Suikaloi kevätsipulit. Poista avokadoista kivet ja kuoret, ja leikkaa hedelmäliha lohkoiksi. Jos haluat lisämaustetta, viipaloi tuoretta chiliä.
4. Lämmitä tacokuoret pakkauksen ohjeiden mukaisesti.
5. Aseta kaikki ainekset erillisissä astioissa pöytään. Anna ruokailijoiden täyttää taconsa itse kuumalla jauhelihaseoksella, kasviksilla, kermaviilillä, salsalla ja juustoraasteella.
