1. Lisää kattilaan vesi, kasvisliemikuutio ja kerma. Kuumenna seos kiehuvaksi. 2. Kun neste alkaa poreilla, nosta kattila liedeltä ja lisää polentasuurimot hitaasti, koko ajan vispilällä sekoittaen. 3. Jatka sekoittamista noin minuutin ajan, kunnes polenta on paksuuntunut puuromaiseksi. 4. Kaada valmis polenta tarjoiluastiaan ja koristele se viipaloidulla ruohosipulilla.
