1. Pilko 3 kypsää avokadoa kulhoon. Lisää joukkoon 1 rkl oliiviöljyä ja 1 tuoreen limen mehu. Muussaa avokadot lihanuijalla tai haarukalla, kunnes saavutetaan haluttu koostumus.
2. Hienonna 1 pieni sipuli, 1 chili (määrä riippuu halutun tulisuuden mukaan) ja pieni nippu tuoretta korianteria. Sekoita hienonnettu sipuli, chili ja korianteri muusatun avokadon joukkoon.
3. Mausta guacamole suolalla ja mustapippurilla maun mukaan. Sekoita hyvin ja tarjoile heti nachojen kera nautittavaksi!
