TÄYTE
3 tomaattia
3 porkkanaa
1 sipuli
1 valkosipulinkynsi
400 g jauhelihaa
1 rkl oliiviöljyä
1 tlk tomaattimurskaa
100 g pakasteherneitä
1 lihaliemikuutio
2 dl vettä
suolaa ja mustapippuria
KUORI
½ pussia perunamuusijauhetta + ohjeen mukaan nestettä
1 kpl keltuaista
juustoraastetta
Esilämmitä uuni 225 asteeseen.
1. Kuori porkkana ja sipulit, leikkaa ne pieniksi kuutioiksi. Kuutioi myös tomaatit ja poista niiden kannat.
2. Kuumenna öljy pannulla ja ruskista jauheliha. Laske lämpöä ja lisää porkkana, tomaatit ja sipulit joukkoon.
3. Paista muutama minuutti. Lisää tomaattimurska, pakasteherneet, liemikuutio ja vesi. Anna seoksen porista hetki ja mausta suolalla ja pippurilla.
4. Kaada täyte uuninkestävään vuokaan ja anna sen jäähtyä huoneenlämpöiseksi.
5. Valmista perunamuusi pakkauksen ohjeen mukaan. Sekoita keltuainen perunamuusin joukkoon. Mausta halutessasi suolalla. Muusin tulisi olla melko nestemäinen, mutta tarpeeksi kiinteä pysyäkseen lusikassa.
6. Levitä perunamuusi täytteen päälle vuokaan ja koristele juustoraasteella. Paista uunissa noin 15 minuuttia, kunnes juusto on saanut kauniin värin.
