1 l rypsiöljyä
300 g naudan sisäfileetä
300 g broilerin rintafileetä
1 rs tuoreita herkkusieniä
1 pieni kukkakaali
1 pieni parsakaali
1 prk cocktailkurkkuja
1 prk hillosipulia
muita lisukkeita ja dippejä makusi mukaan
Fondue on erinomainen seurusteluruoka, joka sopii täydellisesti ystävien tai perheen kanssa nautittavaksi!
1. Aloita kuutioimalla liha noin muutaman sentin kokoisiksi paloiksi. Puolita herkkusienet ja pilko kukkakaali ja parsakaali sopivan kokoisiksi nupuiksi. Laita pöytään myös cocktailkurkut ja hillosipulit tarjoilua varten.
2. Kuumenna öljy pannulla noin 180 asteeseen ja siirrä se sitten pöytään lämpöliekin päälle, jotta öljy pysyy sopivassa lämpötilassa.
3. Jokaiselle ruokailijalle tulee varata pitkä fonduehaarukka. Ruokailijat voivat itse valita lihaa ja kasviksia, laittaa ne haarukkaan ja kypsentää ne öljyssä haluamaansa kypsyyteen asti. Kypsennetty pala siirretään sitten omalle lautaselle ja maustetaan suolalla ja pippurilla tai muilla mausteilla.
Tarjoa lihafonduen kylkeen esimerkiksi uuniperunoita. Tarjoile pöytään myös erilaisia kastikkeita, kuten aioli, sinihomejuustokastike, bearnaise tai chilikastike. Muista myös suola ja pippuri pöydässä.
